Is this unrealistic and is it possible for me to be using too much salt?

I have just done over two weeks on the HCG drops. I have lost 5kg but was expecting bigger results. Is this unrealistic and is it possible for me to be using too much salt? I use it on all my meals plus I have been putting salt and pepper on my apples? I keep having 3/4 days where my weight remains the same. Ps I have not cheated!

There are some spices, which are not allowed during HCG diet plan like Garlic Salt and Paprika. Otherwise, most of the spices are allowed. However, mixing of spices can contribute in the calorie consumption. There are HCG safe spices available, which can be good option for the dieters.
