Important Facts


  1. You can use mustard powder, garlic, salt, majoram, thyme, pepper, vinegar and sweet basil for seasoning.
  2. Fruits and breadstick are permissible between the meals. However, you should then skip them in your lunch and dinner.
  3. Drinking plenty of water during the HCG diet is extremely important. You should at least drink 2 liters of fluid daily.
