Stabilisation Phase HCG Diet Menu


There are three phases in HCG Diet (Loading, Maintenance and Stabilization). The final phase is known as Phase 3/ Stabilization where dieters are allowed to have 800 calories (Women) – 1000 (Men). During Phase 3, dieters should discontinue the drops. This phase mainly helps your body to stabilize the weight lost during the maintenance phase (phase 2). Fish varieties like Anchovy, Bass, Catfish, Eel, Sardines and Tuna can be included during stabilization.

There are lot more options available in vegetables. Dieters can have Zucchini, Radishes, Scallions, Turnips, Snow peas, Watercress, Spaghetti squash, Mushrooms, Eggplant, Cauliflower, Green beans, Brussels sprouts, Broccoli, Pumpkin, Summer squash etc. however it’s advisable not to mix vegetables during the diet.

List of fruits that can be included in HCG Diet Phase 3 are Apricots, Blackberries, Lemons, Honeydew, Blueberries, Cranberries, Raspberries, Pineapple, Pears, Peaches, Papaya, Olives, Limes, Cantaloupe etc.

Dieters can also have dairy products during stabilization.
